    • Know Christ (Phil. 3:10
    • Know the power of Christ’s resurrection (Phil. 3:10)
    • Know the fellowship of Christ’s sufferings (Phil. 3:10)
    • Be conformed to Christ’s death (Phil. 3:10)
    • Attain to the resurrection from the dead (Phil. 3:11)


  • Press on to lay hold of the resurrection from the dead (Phil. 3:12)
  • Forget what lies behind & reach forward to what lies ahead (Phil. 3:13)
  • Press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God (Phil. 3:14)
  • Have an attitude of pressing on towards eternity with God (Phil. 3:15)
  • Walk in what we have attained [what God has accomplished] (Phil. 3:16)
  • Follow Paul’s example (Phil. 3:17)
  • Walk according to the pattern of the Apostles (Phil. 3:17)







  • Stand firm in the Lord (Phil. 4:1)
  • Rejoice in the Lord always (Phil. 4:4)
  • Let your gentle spirit be made known to all men (Phil. 4:5)
